Staff member was really polite and helpful and dealt with the issue efficiently and explained why the old battery was no longer working. There was no pushy sales techniques just very helpful advice and the issue was quickly resolved. Highly recommend and this shop is very well located in the town centre. Have never used this store before but wouldn't hesitate to go back again.

Managed to put my phone in the washing machine with the washing 😱 so didn't have much hope of it being revived. Took it to Phone World in Letchworth. They looked at it and confirmed it was too corroded but helped me get my previous phone up and running and didn't want any payment. Had to give the guy £5 for a coffee or something, it's still a business. Highly recommended.
